DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders and Delivery:

 

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email, you will also be sent confirmation of when your item has been dispatched. We aim to post your order 1-3 days after your order is placed- If you need an item for a specific date, please email to let us know. For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of this item once purchased. If you need an item for a particular date, please send an email first to check and we can ensure it will be delivered in time. 

 

Returns:

*Christmas extended returns - any order placed between 09/11/21 and 24/12/21 may be returned to us up until 15/01/22. This is to help you with your Christmas shopping and to ensure you have plenty of time to return anything after Christmas that is unsuitable.*

Thank you for supporting Vantage Atelier. If you need to exchange or return an item, please email within 14 days of receiving goods and a returns address will be provided. Returns must be sent with tracked delivery. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom made items. 

We also provide an alteration service, if this is needed please email with details of your request.

Custom Orders:

If you require a different size or length than what is readily available on the website, this can be catered for. Once you have measured yourself, select the size ‘custom order’ and enter your measurements into the notes section at the checkout. Alternatively, you can send them through an email. We cannot accept returns on any custom orders.
