DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders and Delivery:

 

Every item is handmade once it has been ordered and paid for in full by the customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of this item once purchased. If you need an item for a particular date, please send an email first to check and we can ensure it will be delivered in time. You will be sent confirmation of when your item has been dispatched. Often there is stock of particular items which are ready to be dispatched same day- please get in touch to check if we have what you are looking for.

 

Returns:

 

Thank you for supporting Vantage Atelier. If you need to exchange or return an item, please email info@vantageatelier.com within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided. As each item is hand-made for the customer, it is important to notify us within 3 days. Returns must be sent with tracked delivery. 

We also provide an alteration service, if this is needed please call or email.

Custom Orders:

If you require a different size than what is readily available on the website, this can be catered for. Once you have measured yourself, select the size ‘custom order’ and enter your measurements into the notes section at the checkout. Alternatively you can send them through an email.

For a longer/shorter version, select the size you would like to order and comment the required length in the ‘notes’ section.
